TERMS OF SALE

2.1 Products, Services and Pricing.

All products or services listed on the Websites are subject to change, including information, pricing, and availability etc, without notice.

HOMMBAY reserves the right, at any time, to amend, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any product or service with or without notice at any time. You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of any product or service.

In the event a Product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we shall have the right to terminate the sale. We will notify you of such cancellation, regardless of whether or not the products have been dispatched or are in transit and whether payment has been charged to you.

2.2 Singapore Government Service & Taxes (G.S.T).

All prices are inclusive of the prevailing Goods & Services Taxes (G.S.T) in Singapore, unless otherwise stated.

  1. Payment for all transactions is to be made in Singapore dollars.

2.3 Product Reviews.                                                                         

HOMMBAY is unable to guarantee or warranty that the product reviews on the Web Sites are accurate. Besides that, product reviews can also be subjective depending on the opinion, individual user experience and expectation. Therefore, all content and ratings are provided on a strictly as is basis and users must use their own judgment when deciding which products to purchase.
